How do I perform an advanced search?

Use Search to find contracts based on keywords, fields, or a combination of both.

KEYWORD SEARCH

This search finds keywords in any field or in the underlying text in a contract.

FIELD FILTERS

The Filters Pane on the Contracts page includes standard filters, as well as an Add filters option to put your organization’s complete data model at your fingertips. The Add filters feature guides your search experience to help explore categories and data fields available when searching for contracts:

View all available categories before selecting fields of interest. Type ahead to narrow down to the category or field you want to explore.  You can show or hide field and category definitions if available for your organization.

Expand a single category to see all available fields for that category in your organization’s data model.  Select multiple fields to choose your search criteria. Type ahead to narrow down to the fields of interest.  Show/hide field definitions if supplied by your organization.

Select your desired values and apply your criteria.

Knowable includes fields dynamically selected in the Contracts table when you apply your new search criteria. These fields will remain during your current session. A notification banner will appear when fields are being added to alert you. 

You can also expand or collapse the Search panel when you need it – allowing you to maximize your view of the Contracts table when reviewing search results.
