Locations are available only on fields that Knowable has reviewed. Below are some examples of why a field may not have a Location marker:
The field is not reviewed
-
The following will not have Location Markers:
-
Calculated fields (e.g., active status, family status)
-
System fields (e.g. upload date, created by)
-
Client-provided fields (e.g., intake form fields, doc groups)
-
Extracted Text issues
-
In some instances, the Knowable review team can read an uploaded agreement but there was an issue with the document’s extracted text. Some examples could be:
-
Unsupported foreign languages for the extracted text process
-
Poor quality files
-
Agreements with information in tables
-
Legacy agreements
-
Only agreements that were reviewed after Locations were enabled for your organization will have Location markers. Agreements reviewed before that cutoff date may not have Locations and would need to be re-reviewed to enable Locations.
