How do I know when Knowable has completed its review of my contract?

If your organization has Contract Status enabled, you can tell when Knowable has completed review of a document by the icon next to the document.

• In Review indicates Knowable has not completed its review of the associated document.
• Active, Inactive, and Unknown icons will only appear once Knowable has completed its review.

If your organization does not have Contract Status enable, you can look at the color bar on the left for each contract record on the Contract Table view.

• Dark green indicates the contract data has been verified. 

• Light green indicates it is still in review.
