Features & Enhancements

We’re excited to introduce an enhancement to export the Keyword Preview content in your contract data exports and the Review View.

New Feature: Export Keyword Preview Content

After performing a keyword search, you can now include Keyword Preview content snippets in your exported spreadsheets.

1. Enter keyword(s) in either the Search Builder or Keyword Search bar.
2. Perform the search.
3. Ensure the Keyword Preview toggle is On.

1. Click Download → Download Spreadsheet.

1. In the export modal, check Include Keyword Preview content.
2. Select either Export Data (exports every data element in your workspace) or Export View (exports only the data you have in your grid view using the ‘Customize View’ feature).
3. Once the export is ready, you will receive an email with a link to download your export.

Important Notes:

• The Include Keyword Preview content option only appears when a keyword search is entered and Keyword Preview toggle is on.
• The Include Keyword Preview content option in the modal is unchecked by default.
• The Keyword Preview column appears to the right of the Document URL column in your export.
• If no keyword preview content snippet is visible in the Contracts Grid for a result, the corresponding cell in the export will be blank.
• Export permissions remain governed by existing role-based access controls.

New Feature: Export Request View

We’re introducing the Export Request View to give you centralized insight into the progress and outcomes of your requests. If you have the ability to complete bulk updates, export data or documents, you will now see ‘Requests’ in your navigation bar. The Export Request View offers real-time status updates and a historical log for easy tracking and reference.

In Progress Page

When opening the Requests tab, you will first land on the In Progress page. This view displays all active requests that are currently queued or being processed.

Completed Page

The Completed page contains a historical record of all processed requests. These records are retained indefinitely for reference.

• Please note: The Completed page includes the Download Link for completed export requests. Links are identical to those sent via email and expire 24 hours after request completion. The expiration timestamp is displayed while the link is active.
