Administration Page updates:
If you are an Administrator for your KI workspace, the new enhancements to the Administration Page will help you make updates to your KI user permissions.
You can now filter the entire user list by Roles and Document Groups. This will save you time so you can see only the users that have the Roles or Document Groups that you select in your filter.
If you want to add or remove a Role or Document Group for several users, you can now either select all or check individual user records and select the Manage Access dropdown list.
Once you make your Manage Access selection, a panel will appear on the right side to help you complete your task. You can also choose to update only the user records on a page or all user records across multiple pages. After making your selection, you can complete the task by clicking on the Assign button. A success banner will appear letting you know the updates were successfully complete. Please note that a failure message will appear if some of the updates could not be made to the user(s) records.
Updating Document Group assignments in bulk:
If you are a Document Access Administrator, you can now add or remove document group assignments for multiple records across multiple pages.
If you select one or more agreements on the Contracts Grid you will see a Document Groups dropdown menu appear at the top of the page.
The Document Groups dropdown gives you the options to either assign agreements to document groups or remove agreements from document groups.
After you select either Assign to Document Groups or Remove From Document Groups, a panel will open on the right that will display all the Document Groups that you manage. Make your selection and click the Assign button. If you only selected some of the records on the page, KI will process the updated document group assignments automatically.
If you select all of the records on a page, after you make your document group selection, you will then determine if you want to apply or remove that selection to all the records on that page or all the records across all the pages. Then click the Assign button.
Once your updates have been processed, KI will generate a report and send it to you via email. This report will provide a summary tab and an itemized list of the updates. It will indicate if any of the updates failed and which Contract ID the failure occurred on.
