Multiple Options to Extract Contract Data

You can now select to download:

1. All data available for the contract results you are viewing, or
2. Only the data available in the columns visible in your Contracts table view. 

Click on the “…” menu and select “Export Data” as you would today.  A pop-up window now opens with the following options:

·       Export All Data.  This option offers an Export with all available fields for your organization.

·       Export View.  The “Export View” option exports the visible fields in your current table.

 There is no change to how you receive your exported data file.  You will continue to receive in email as you do today.
