Related Contracts

Contract families available in the Related Contracts pane are now easier to navigate.  We’ve enhanced the Related Contracts pane to help you locate specific family members more easily.

Choose to view your contract family via a:

• Hierarchy view  - to understand how documents are related

• List view - to sort and locate agreements more easily

View the Document Title, Document Type, and Effective Date in both views to help you identify particular agreements in the family

• Sort in the list view by Document Title, Effective Date or Document Type

• Quickly see the number of agreements in a family in the top Related Contracts for large families

Search Box Enhancement: Phrase Matching

You can now use quotes in the primary Search box to locate phrases versus the presence of individual words in a contract or data set.  Place quotes around the phrase you want to locate – and your search results will return only documents where the words in the phrase are located next to each other.

• Search Tips are also available to assist you in understanding how to enter multiple word searches.

New & Improved Intake Form

Your organization may prefer to include organizational data or contract-related information with contract submissions.  With this release, you can set specific rules to ensure the most accurate and complete data is submitted by your uploaders or your systems:

• Set specific fields to be required as applicable based on prior selections

• Narrow choices in a second field based on prior selections

Additionally, Knowable has enhanced the intake form design to streamline the data entry and attachment process.   

• All fields are now aligned in one column

• Color coded indicator highlight fields that are required for successful upload

• The attachment upload feature appears in the right pane
