The more filters feature guides your search experience to help explore categories and data fields available when searching for contracts. What does More Filters offer you?
Expand/Collapse the Filter panel when you need it – allowing you to maximize your view of the Contracts grid when reviewing search results
View all available categories before selecting fields of interest.
Type ahead to narrow down to the category you want to explore.
Show/hide category definitions if supplied by your organization.
Select a single category to see all available fields for that category in your organization’s data model.
Select multiple fields to choose your search criteria.

Select your desired values and apply your criteria
Knowable includes fields dynamically selected in the Contracts grid when you apply your new search criteria. These fields will remain during your current session. A notification banner will appear when fields are being added to alert you.
Data Download Enhancements (for authorized users)
Your contract data extract now aligns to your organization’s data as it appears in the data panel in the Contract Details page. This alignment ensures a consistent data extract for you that mirrors your online experience:
All extracts contain the same data field format regardless of the level of review conducted on that population.
The order is consistent and reflects the grouping of contract data by category (as it appears in the data panel in the Contract Details page) to more easily navigate related answers.
Field values for multiple pick list fields will no longer include quotes or brackets.
New Help & Support Experience
Knowable introduces a new look & feel to our Help Center, enabling you to interact with help content online. To get started, click on Help in the top navigation bar like before:
Our new help widget appears – allowing you to access “how-to” articles, FAQs, or information on new releases.
Expand the help widget to view the article in a new tab or access the full Help Center. Our Knowledge Base offers 4 primary sections: Getting Started, Knowable Insights Guide, Release Notes and FAQs.
Submit support tickets directly from the Help widget by clicking on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the Help widget with more targeted categories to help you get your answer faster, including: Login or Access Help, Remove Document, Question about Data, Use of Tool Assistance, Report a Bug, New Feature Request or Suggestion or I have a Different Question.
