Knowable has introduced a new way to find contracts and data within the family view. This enables clients with large, complicated families to more easily search and filter the contracts within the family. The key aspects of this new functionality are:

• Contract Status Filters: You can now filter families based on contract status. If you click on the “Filter by Contract Status” dropdown, you will see the same status buttons that appear in the filter panel. Clicking on the status button will apply the filter, and clicking on an enabled filter will disable that filter. If a status filter is applied, a pill will appear under the search bar for your reference
• Matches Only Toggle: The Matches Only Toggle allows you to optionally search and filter on the family view and remove contracts that do not meet your search criteria. This is similar to what happens on the Contracts Page. The toggle is off by default and you will still be able to view search results in the same way with contracts that do not meet the search criteria being greyed out.
  • Note: if you use the ‘blue notch’ column filters it will automatically disable the Matches Only Toggle

Please note: These options do not alter the download at all. All family members are included in the download regardless of filters applied.
