If you uploaded the wrong document, you can simply:

Upload the correct document

Submit a Support Ticket by clicking on the ? icon in the upper righthand corner of KI

Select "Remove Document from Scope/Database"

Enter the Document ID in the "Contract IDs to Remove from Scope or Database" field
NOTE: If you need to remove multiple documents, you can copy the Document IDs onto a Word or Excel file and attach that file to the Support Ticket.
