Your contracts table offers simple cues to understand whether the review has been completed for your contracts, the active/inactive status of the contracts, or if issues require your attention. Additionally, you can sort or re-order columns directly from the contracts table.
Contract Status
The Contract Status is visible in the 1st row of the Contracts table. Once a document is uploaded, it appears as In Review until Knowable has converted the data in the document. Once the converted data is available, Knowable changes the status to reflect whether the document is Active, Inactive, or Unknown.
Document Issues
The Flag Color Key is visible in the far right of the Contracts table. You can determine if actions are required or if information is relevant using the Flag Color Key:

No Flag - “No Document Issue”

Black Flag - “Document set as out of scope,” and

Red Flag - “Document Issues”
Knowable flags documents as Out of Scope when your organization has determined the document should not be part of the review, e.g., particular document types like Purchase Orders or NDAs.
Sort Contracts
All available data fields in the Contracts tab can be sorted using the column header. Arrows in the field header display when a field is an active sort – and whether an ascending or descending sort applies.
