Your Contracts table is your main view for locating contracts or reviewing contract data at a glance. You can set and save your own preferred fields and order across all the fields available for your organization.
To set your own view, select Customize View.
From the Customize View screen, view your current options and make updates as needed:

To add fields, select a field from the Available Fields column and either:

Click the right arrow to add it to My View (right column). or

Drag it to the right to add it to My View (right column)

Click the left arrow to remove a highlighted field from My View

Enter a field name in Search and click the magnifying glass -OR- select from the Category drop-down list

Click the up/down arrows to reorder the fields in My View Click
Save Preferences to keep your updates.
If you wish to return to the standard Contacts table view, simply click Set to Default and then Save Preferences. This returns your view to the original settings.
TIP: On the Contracts tab, you can also reorder the current columns by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order.
