Location markers for data fields indicate that you can click to see the related document language that was highlighted during review. Location markers may not be available for all fields or all documents.
Begin Using Locations
Once your organization has Locations active, you can enable viewing locations in the Contracts page by navigating to “Customize View,” selecting the “Locations” Tab, and flipping the toggle to on.
Contracts Page
On the Contracts page, if you click on the location icon next to a reviewed data value, a panel will open up from the right-hand side to show the location object for that field value. For each field, you will also see:
-
The field name
-
The field value
-
The text where the data was found
-
The “View Location” button to jump to the Document Details Page
-
The Copy Language button to copy the text to your clipboard
The Toggle on makes it easier to see Locations on the Contracts page. If you don't have the Toggle on, you can still see if a field value has a location by hovering your cursor over the field.
Document Details
Location Data on the Document Details Page allows you to easily find specific language that corresponds to a field value. Any field with captured location data will have the Location Marker icon to the left of the field name in the Data Panel. If you hover your cursor over a field with a location marker, you will also see an icon to copy the location text within the Data Panel.
When you click on the Location Markers, the document PDF will switch to the Enhanced Tab, scrolling to and highlighting the specific text for easy reference. If a field has multiple recorded locations, you will see arrows to navigate between the multiple locations. You can also clear the location marker and copy the location text.
