The Tags Administration Page is the primary way for you to create, view, search, share, and delete Tags. You can navigate to the Tags Administration Page from the Tags Icon in the Navigation Bar.
The primary features of this page are:
- Filter Tabs: Underneath the Page Title are helpful filter tabs for you to quickly see your tags organized by All Tags, My Tags, Shared with Me, and Public Tags

- The default tab is the All Tags tab
- Tag Administrators can see all users' tags

Search Tags: You can search all of your own tags or tags within tabs
- The search bar will start to return results as soon as you type in the search bar

Tag Grid: A table on the page shows you your tags and associated tag information
- Information within the grid includes:
- Tag Name (Personal and Shared Tags also have an icon after the name)
- Tag Type (Personal and Shared Tags also have an icon after the name)
- Documents - a link to a filtered Contracts Grid view of documents with that tag applied
- Owner - shows you who created the tag or is the primary administrator of tag (if the original user was deleted)
- Who Can Use - lets you know who has access to the tag
- Description - Written description to provide more context on how the tag should be used/applied
You can edit, delete, or view the tag information panel by hovering your cursor over a tag in the grid and clicking on one of the icons that appears on the right under the Description.
- New Tag Button: Button that allows the user to create a new tag by opening the New Tag Panel
