How do I sign in?

Web Sign In

From https://kci.theknowable.com/ enter your user name and click Continue.

NOTE: At first sign in, you are prompted to create a new password.

Enter your password and click Sign In to view the Dashboard.

Note: the link in your welcome email expires in 4 days.

If the link has expired by the time you get to it, you can also copy/paste https://kci.theknowable.com/ into Chrome, enter your email address, click Continue and see an option to Reset Password. That will let you set your password at a time convenient for you.

Single Sign On

Single sign on (SSO) users sign in to the Knowable platform through a portal or similar access point. Your organization will provide your sign in credentials.
